CEL Fuel pressure
So got the ZT cdti back with new fan and re gassed just in time for a short break in the lakes, went and filled her up (Sainsburys city diesel) on the way there I thought I saw the CEL light flick on?
Set off only for the light to keep flashing up and going off so on the way was calling to get the lads to put the reader on but before we got to the garage os rear caliper seized on! smoke billowing off it! So it was very near the garage it's there now having a new caliper fitted and the lads said the reader was saying fuel pressue issue? any ideas? Big Russ put the 160 map in a few weeks ago and not had any issues to now? but I know that is a tried and tested map. |

Check and clean the contacts on the LP fuel pressure sensor plug connection - it is the one on the top of the fuel filter.

Unplugging a few times normally sorts it, if not change the filter head.
