.... and this is a photo of the car and 'van, showing a totally useless TV aerial - there was absolutely NO TV reception on the site. I had nigh on a fortnight of NO Emmerdale, Eastenders, Coronation Street, Casualty, Holby City and gawd knows what else - total bliss

Hello Ian Congratulation for your sister on getting the full refund. The photos speak volumes against the hotel, at £130 per night, what a rip off
