V6 Auto Gearbox Reverse Piston assembly

THis was advertised in 2012, with no takers and its still in my shed... here is the listing from then

"I recently had a gearbox failure on my 99 V6 Connie, and rebuilt the reverse piston assembly, which is a common failure. Unfortunately this did not fix my particular problem and I have decided to cut my losses.

The assembly was rebuilt with the new revised design of piston and all the clutch parts were replaced. A total of 18 items at a cost of £240 - happy to provide copy of the receipt. They have been in the car for a total run time of less than 10 minutes!

Now selling for cost - and you get the three hours it took to rebuild the assembly for free! It is perfectly possible to change fit this to your car without removing the gearbox.

So, first to step forward with £240 plus postage can have this."

.... so now it really should go to a good home so you can steal it for £120 - worth hoarding just in case at that price
