Default rover 75 connoisseur non starter deisel auto

Hi everyone,

I bought a Rover 75 Connoisseur a little while ago and since owning it have driven only 3 miles in it. The issue is the car will not start. The engine will not crank over. I have replaced the cam sensor, the crank shaft sensor, the immobiliser has been sorted and there is no management light when you switch the key on. The ECU when opened looked a little grotty inside (green and matty). This has been sent off for a dealer to look at.
The worry is that when it comes back it wont start. Do you know where to go from here?
