What about the shop or any neighbouring properties - perhaps someone has a security system that overlooks the car park area? Would be unusual for a large retailer not to have their own cctv for security inside and out

The only shop facing where I was parked is Iceland who have no cctv onto the car park

I washed my car on Sunday. Today when l got to work l noticed what looked like a missed patch of dirt on the lower half of the passenger door but l knew l hadn't missed a spot. A very thin scratch with light tell-tale marks around it which polished off without much effort. It could have happened at work or home, don't know which. That could have been worse but they do seem to attract marks. Apart from a few numpty dings my bonnet has many stonechips too.
