No am not laughing as the CDT will not start turns over UBP is running but no go. Plenum had some water in the bottom after the tropical type storm yesterday afternoon and evening.

We had a dreadful storm torrential rain so heavy the sat TV lost signal and then 1/2 hail stoes all with Lightening and thunder so now awaitin RAC so see if they can find out why she won't fire up. Am hoping that the storm has no damaged the ECU in any way. Lifted it from the plenum and the bottom of it was dry so just don't know but am really peeved right now.

Cool Chance encounter...............

...............resulted in 2 V8's convoying from Stanstead services to the meet at Duxford. Pooky Bear led LimoRog into the venue. 2 estate cars as well.

And when I left we had the other V8, the Lagoon one, followed me back as far as the M25 where Paul peeled off back to Southampton.

I counted 55 cars at the the National. Grand day although the weather had a go at spoiling it.

Congratulations to Teflon and Lotusic for winning there classes.

Yes both pumps working but it seems that my fuel guage does not move below the 1/4 tank mark and yes we were low on fuel. So another job on the "to-Do" list sort out sticking fuel guage .

Seen this happen when wires from the in tank pump have fouled the travel of the float mechanism and provide a false reading. The pump just needs to be lifted and de-tangled from the pump wires, secure the wires well away and off she goes fingers crossed.

Hope this helps and good luck.
