if you are unsure you can allways ask.i got stumped when asked for a st clements years ago.i few things l learnt where never put all the tonic in a gin and tonic.as some customers like to make a mixer last two drinks etc.and a whisky on the rocks means just that ice first with the spirit over the top.and not the other way round.personally can not stand the stuff but hey ho each to there own.

I'm already bracing myself for some gags at my expense, plus with the punters knowing me just starting they'll try anything for a laugh.

bring it on my sense of humour is beeped up anyway.

There will be a few I'll know because thrown a few out in the past at the Cofi rock night club and the Morgan Lloyd.

But they don't know I'll still be a doorman still.

That I'll keep that as a surprise.

Hiya Phil how you doing mate haven't seen you post in a while hope your keeping.

I am abit neverous with the whole thing I don't want too balls it up as customers are paying good money for these exotic drinks.

I did ask a bit on the the night but due how usy it was during the bank holiday rush it was difficult for the bar stuff too show me, sometimes jumping into the deep end is the best learning curve.

I did earn quite a bit, but still room for improvement.
