CDT tourer rear suspension????

Hi all was under my tourer checking over springs and doing a brake pad change all round,on the rear drivers side just behind the suspension I noticed a oil cooler type device attached to underside of car what on earth is it if possible tonight I will take photos is it suspension mod?? She's a CDT tourer 2001 s.e

Isn't part of the fuel burning heater located back there? Forgive me if you already know about this and that's not what you mean.

it is the fuel cooler radiator.all diesels have them.it cools down any hot fuel being returned to the tank
