I fitted one of Jacks coolant level sensor kits back in 2012 and up untill recently it has performed flawlessly. The tank is not leaking but the green light on the dash which flashes 5 times on start up is repeating itsellf every few minutes, sometimes more often.I've also noticed a feint red glow on occasions even though the level is fine.

Has anyone else who bought this kit had similar problems?

Does anyone have current contact details for Jack the manufacturer?

Thanks.

Why not fit this coolant level system that is integrated into the instrument pack exactly as intended by MG Rover?

I remember reading about this when you first announced it. I found an old tank, split it, bought the resin and clips and then ... something else came in the way and now when I try and find the coolant sensors they aren't there, aren't currently available or need to be ordered in batches of 250.

A direct currently working link would be most helpful, and then I promise to build this at least one step further to completion.

Regards

I have an OE one on my facelift 45 Gary, shame it never made it onto the 75 too.If you do decide to build anymore I may well be interested, it would be nice to include it in the instrument pack. Perhaps some other industrious person may look into making another batch using your instructions.

I bought one of Gary's level sensor tanks with the wires to the IPK message centre.

It works a treat and had no problems, excellent it.
