OMG. I've just read the news and I'm shocked. I spoke to Brian at numerous meets and enjoyed his company. He was very easy to chat with.

My thoughts go out to his family and close friends.

What date is the funeral?

God I don’t know what to say,always had a good chat with him at any meets to the monthly Hawes dinners and loved hearing his stories about the buses and trams,and always joked about wanting his 180.i never heard him complain about I’ll health at all, he will be sorely missed

I won't be able to attend the funeral.
