Default North Berwick

Mrs Simondi and I took a trip to North Berwick A really pleasant trip made even more enjoyable by using my ZT.

Stopped off at Rosslyn Chapel on the way home this morning, what a fascinating place it is.

I've uploaded some photos into this album

Last time I was there the canopy was still over it to give protection. I must go back and see it in all it’s glory

No real surprise there, Rosslyn Chapel is nowhere near North Berwick! Its about 30 miles away near Penicuik.

To quote Simon: "Stopped off at Rosslyn Chapel on the way home".

Years ago we went to North Berwick, not long after my wife arrived in the UK. Went into a fish & chip "restaurant" for something to eat. Unwelcoming is the term that springs to mind, staff were grumpy, food wasn't great and a couple of what I presume were locals sat growling at us.

Been in North Berwick many times though . . . . just never back there again!

Not guilty, I think I know the restaurant concerned and being honest, I wouldn't eat there again either.
