Question Kv6 Cam cover breather fittings. How to remove?

Just wondering if anybody knows how to remove the push fit cam cover breather inserts from the cam cover on the KV6?

Do they simply screw out? Or do they need to be pulled out?

They are barbed (Metal clip sort of thing) and need to be gradually worked out.

I think there are two sizes, are replacements readily available/still manufactured, if so from where (in UK hopefully)

With cover removed they should just press out (push from outside and it should shift easily, try and 'pull' them out i.e. press from the inside and the tangs will just grip even tighter and make a mess of the bore seating)
