Has anyone got the part number of the washer, #11 here?

surely you could any large washer from a diy shop to do this Or is it something extra special?

It may or may not be special - I don't know, that's why I'm after the part number. I don't want to take the old dampers off until I've got all the new bits to go back on - so I don't even know the size of the old washers (yet).
