There's no resistor visible through the grill (empty mounting lugs) so it must be a 3-speed fan - unless of course a resistor is hidden behind the plastic cowling, as per Arctic's pics here (posts 12 & 15).

Medium cuts in at 106, cuts out at 102
Fast cuts in at 112, cuts out at 108
