Default Cheap, and potentially interesting LWB

This looks like a curious car, being a 52 plate, but with lots of mark 2 bits. It's got mark 1 dials, but everything else appears to be mark 2. Having a B at the beginning of the reg might suggest that this has factory connections, and I imagine it could be very interesting indeed! Pity about the damage, but car which really needs to be preserved, in my opinion!

Limousines seem to be a strange mix of parts. It almost seems as though Rover were learning as they went along

You can find complete pre-facelift cars, Mk. 1.5 cars with facelift fronts and pre-facelift rear bumpers, Mk. 1.5 cars with Premium Front Bumpers and pre-facelift rear bumpers, and full Facelift cars with either standard or Premium Front Bumpers. It must have been a real dogs breakfast What shall we fit today?

I'll have a punt on this one - unless anyone else wants it

Well let's hope that someone saves it, but I have to say that the amount of rust in the roof (where McNellie cut it in half) would concern me!

Would love to see it returned to it's Mk 1 original best with either Unions or Serpents!

Have to say that I would really want to see the roof before bidding on it, as that amount of rust scares me!

So realistically, with it needing a minimum of a roof paint, a set of bumpers and wheels and all the Nav components replacing in the boot, what does everyone think it's worth?

I wonder why it was MoT'd on 12 May 2006 (and it passed) and then was MoT'd again on 30 Aug 2006.
