As Paul has mentioned the shop does not send an alert as purchases are placed, nor as to who has purchased or for that matter their address, sometimes the only information to hand is an email address, consequently in these cases there can be a delay whilst I search the membership database to ascertain who has actually purchased the item.

Therefore I’d really appreciate if you could adhere to the request in the Club Shop to send me a copy of your Pay Pal receipt together with username and address details.

With your kind assistance I’ll then be more able to keep pace with the orders as they are placed and that hopefully in turn will speed up the dispatch of purchases to members.
