Scottish Tours in a Rover 75
I hope the moderator feels this is ok to post on the forum.
In the three years I’ve been a member of this excellent club, those of you that I’ve met will know I’m passionate about the 75. In fact, like several others, I have more than one. Currently five. All connoisseur spec, including two launch cars, one of which was the 2017 Scottish Vintage Vehicle Federation’s Champion of Champions in the Emerging Classics Class. After 18 months of thought, planning and preparation, I recently made a huge decision and left my job to start my own business, which I’ve called Scottish Classic Tours, offering weddings, special occasions and tours of Scotland in classic vehicles. One of the vehicles is the award winning launch car and another a 1971 Volkswagen Camper which has just finished a complete restoration. I wanted to make members aware as it’s something different from using a 75 as a daily driver or cosseted show car. If any members, friends or family ever fancy a Scottish tour or wish to book vehicle(s) for a wedding or special occasion, I would be delighted to offer a discount. Here is a photo of both vehicles together. If you want more info, then please see my website below. Thanks for reading. Nice one, Duncan. We’ll need to have a catch up soon. It’s been a while.
