Skype problem.

When i click on camera on lap top everything O.K. image dead centre. But when i am on Skype incoming image O.K. but my image in bottom right box is showing image from about 4ft over my left shoulder.

Also i can hear in coming sound but receiver can not hear me. Is there a simple fix to these problems.
P.S. Not computer savvy so please keep advice user friendly.

First try and uninstall Skype completely and install latest version from www.skype.com
See if that cures it.
