Dairy free advice please
My daughter is coming up to stay for a week with my wee granddaughter Poppy
My daughter Hannah has had to go on a dairy free diet so clearly will be doing some dairy free cooking this week. Her favourite meal has always been lasagna and we have experimented with a few recopies so all's good.......apart from the topping. Can anyone recommend some dairy free cheese that actually melts and cooks nicely |

Mrs Sworks says “ try violate cheese or you can make a white sauce for the topping with almond or soy milk and cornflour and add nutritional yeast for a cheesy taste”
