Default Membership card

Need to get a new membership card, wallet got nicked last week, so i now need to get a new card, how do i get one?.

I told you that the sticker you sent me was damaged. I asked you how I went about getting a new one. You told me I had to buy one. I bought one. When you say you'll take action ?? Are you seriously threatening me because I objected to paying for a replacement for an item that arrived damaged ??

I should never have been charged for a replacement, I'm entitled to comment on that. How can a moderator be allowed to threaten someone for that ??

You had your pack for a few months but you did not put it in your car so how do we know it was damaged in the post if it was damaged in the post when you got it you should told us when you got it.
