I've had a busy few days with work and just looked into the forum to catch up.
I've never read any post so avidly from start to finish. It has enthralled me.

If you do get this up and running, any chance of a car derived van?
I'm considering replacing my Vauxhall Combo and something based on the 75 would be good, preferably electric to keep the tax bills down, with about 150 mile range fully loaded and the ability to get a Euro pallet in the back. Many thanks, pm me with designs and how to put a deposit down.

Ps.
Thomas a word of advice from a self employed colleague. Please spend a few moments to use the spell checker and press the "shift" key at the start of a sentence and when using proper nouns, it will help your advertisements to appear more professional. Also don't forget these: , . ?

I agree with your point regarding the cars but when the giant was formed in 1968 at that point some awful decisions were made along with some important decisions not made at all. We are all wise with hindsight but the merger was possibly the biggest mistake for the British car industry and it became unmanageable.
A simple example is that Rover was the most profitable part of the group with the best cars yet the Rover Management was completely disbanded and fragmented in 1968. You just don’t do that, however the feeling was that all the marques should be managed centrally. Good old Lord Stokes!

I'd rather have a Ferrari 488 to be honest

" By this time, all but the Rover, Land Rover and MG brands were still active"

This is weird English, I think they are trying to say the opposite of what they are saying.
