Default Not Rover but MG

does that count?

On my way to collect a greenhouse for my daughter I stopped to help someone broken down with an old MG. New in 1948 one owner until sold to I think a museum and then bought by the driver . He had fitted electronic ignition for and don't laugh, reliability and it had packed up. I had tools and he had the old set of points. Once fitted the car burst into life instantly.

Car was all renovated, looked really nice but listening to the engine you could tell that back in 1948, the little 2 seater really did not have much in the way of HP but must have been fun on a summers day in the countryside.

2 good deeds in one day, I must be due some luck

Old cars, so easy to work with, no laptop required
