Default Map disc

Hi All, could someone tell me if option 4 on the following link will work in my MK 3 Highline system?

http://www.sat-navi.com/bmw.html

I have been a complete muppet and managed to damage my disc (2004) when retrieving it from my fried unit to put into my newly sourced one

Option 4 appears to be the correct one for the Mk3 satnav drive as it is indeed CD based, the mk4 satnav unit is DVD derived
