Hiline disc update?

I have a 2001 ZT with Hiline and the original CD disc.

Is it possible to update this with a more modern set of maps/functions? Can this be extended to include mainland Europe?

GB & Ireland + MRE 2010/2011 edition

But the price can be a little eye watering

Discs also appear on ebay, but be warned, they are often less than 'Original' in origin.
