Service Schedule 75 CDTi

Has any member got a definitive Service Schedule for a 2003 75 CDTi Auto, covering the 1, 2, 3 & 4 yearly services please.
I have had the last 4 services at the main dealer I purchased the car from, but as an O.A.P. I am finding their charges to be outside my 'pocket'. I have found a very good local mechanic, but want to make sure that the services are carried out as per the Rover Schedules.
