Hi Garry and Welcome to the Club.

Sorry to hear of your Problems.
What is the Mileage of Car?
They require Gearbox Oil change with the Correct Type of Oil at the correct time and Mileage to work properly.

The Garage still has a responsibility to you to get this sorted as well.
I would contact Trading Standards Urgently.

Hi Garry,

The Honest John column in the Motoring Telegraph on Saturdays has said that your garage is obliged to fix this fault because it has occurred so soon after sale. The website is http://www.honestjohn.co.uk
Send them an e-mail and I'm sure they'll advise you how to deal with this. They're very prompt at answering queries.

Simon.

Replace part cost has nothing to do with Guarantee or Period on new Sales.
Either tell them to repair it
or all your money back.
