Thanks to Terry Shaw (TS Autos)
I have just bought my 75 Tourer, and it came with only one key.
This being a recipe for disaster I decided to get another. Terry Shaw is my closest expert in Stourbridge, so off we went. He had a heck of a job getting the key programmed, but after lots of trying I came away with a new key. Terry even directed me to a shop to get the key blade cut. Great service. He checked my wiring (or lack of it ) to see if I could have a Cruise Control unit fitted.... I have seen the 'How To' to fit without the loom but I think its beyond my 'Hobby' level of mechanics..... Whilst there he did a diagnostic check and discovered my tank fuel pump had failed. His next job was replacing it - all completed with great care!! I believe in credit where it is due, and wish to say "Thanks" once again. If this is the wrong place to put this then I'm sorry and could a mod direct it to the correct place. Thanks Simon |

TS Autos
I've used Terry in the past, only for a intank pump change, he's a great bloke and another true professional and really does know these cars inside out. I hear he's semi retired now, but also good to hear that he's still doing some work as we don't want to lose too many of the 75/ZT professionals.

I agree though Terry is a gem, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone Brian |

Terry is the expert that I go to for all work on my 75. Given the distance, I usually go to his for the day and it's a real pleasure just talking to him whilst he does whatever is needed.
This forum would be a far better place if Terry was a member - perhaps it's time the management reached out in the interest of the marque and membership? |

Just seen this ... have travelled twice from Guildford to see Terry of TS Autos in the last couple of years - for tricky jobs that could not be sorted locally - as well as services on my Cowley-built 75. As well as knowing our cars inside out (he helped hand assemble the very last ones out of Longbridge), he is delightful to deal with and very fair in his charges. I could not recommend him more highly. All the best, Nicholas/Zircon |
