I've had an email from Bob's partner Jean, she had asked me to make available James.uk's login to her so she could post to this thread in due course.
Her message read as follows, I'm sure she won't mind me sharing it with you all. Thanks Paul, I have just read through the messages from the link on your email and I can hardly see to write this, I know he spent most of his waking hours on the website, but I had no idea of the depth of feeling in those messages. I will need to compose myself before I do respond. Thank you again So give her some time, but your messages of sympathy and support haven't gone unnoticed. |

I've only just seen this, and to say I'm shocked is an understatement.. I, like most on here, really enjoyed Bob's quick wit and humour, even though we never met. I'd like to add my sincere condolences to Jean, Mike, and the rest of the family. RIP Bob, you'll be sorely missed..

Genuinely gutted and my thoughts go out to Bob's family at this difficult time.
I never actually met Bob but from the chats on the forums (like many of us had) brought through the warm and genuine (and often cheeky) nature that he had. The Club/forum has lost a great member in Bob I think we can all agree. |
