Wishing you all the best, Phil.
Only met you once when you did my remap, but think of you often every time I put my foot down.

Hope your on the mend Phil. Just take it easy and do what the doctors and nurses tell you do, no rushing things.
Take care and all the best The BHF also has information on Phil's condition and over the years I have found them extremely helpful, it's one of those issues that creep up on you and your body compensates so you can be unaware how ill you are, then poo hits the fan. Phil is in good hands and given time will have a decent and full life, the heavy work I'm afraid could well be a thing of the past. God speed to you Phil.
