Blimey, that's a surprise. Thought you might have acquired a certain launch 75 at first. Love the V8 and Chagall is a fantastic colour. Is little MG going, then ?

Beautiful looking car. Really like the coordinating blue alcantara. Welcome back to ownership and good luck!

I had managed to keep it quiet & what are the chances of me & you being stood in a car park in front of a 260 & you asking ' would you ever buy one of them???' The transport was booked on the Monday - they collected it about 11.30 on Friday morning & it arrived at work just before 6. Bet you can't guess who jumped in it & drove off as soon as the driver got it off the truck!!! Steve. Last edited by ssizefive; 25th November 2018 at 20:00.. |

When i first saw the pictures i thought it was Trophy blue but no, it is Chagall. Tf not going anywhere - still makes me smile everytime i drive it. I may now be the owner of a V8, doesn't mean i can afford to drive it anywhere Steve. |

Have run out of thanks on this thread but thank you for all the comments.
Good news is that it has passed it's mot today after having two rear tyres fitted this morning (still legal but only just), just a couple of advisories which will be dealt with very soon. Steve. |

> Andy mentioned someone had been talking to him who wasn't a member of our club but owned a Zt that he had been using as his everyday driver for the last nine / ten years but it now had a few issues that had caused it to recently fail its Mot.
Have to give credit to the former owner for running a 260 as a daily driver for so long and yet it still looks stunning. Good luck with your new toy Steve.
