Fault of me on reflection.

It was my first go at doing this as previous cars has glass lamps. I thought I had ruined it as I was expecting the polishing compound to make the lens crystal clear. It was only when I put the UV protectant on, some hours later that the lens suddenly cleared (with some relief).

Then I drove the car to work the next morning while the UV compound was still sticky. Of course at this time of year I get the spay off the cars in front of me, so I now have a craze pattern on the light.

So not a fault of the kit.

To cap it off the washer pump repair hasn't worked either (still dripping) so I have more motivation to take the bumper off again and have a second go at it all. (but in dryer warmer weather).

Front and rear cameras are Next base 512GW plus a Next base ICC H/W kit. There is also a soft carry case for the front camera which is easily removed. The rear is stuck in place.
The SD card is 32gb

Cool

Redfive has decided to have a indoor paddling pool. Both front and rear driver's side mats are soaked. Boot is totally dry.

The kit I bought included 800, 1200 and 2000 grit sand paper after doing all that and polishing with the provided polish I wasn't happy with the results, so I got out my own 2500 grit and meguiars plast-rx and that brought them up a treat until obviously I ruined it with uv protectant,

Plan of action this weekend is to use the 2500 grit and polish and protect again should come out OK again after that.

Fitted my replacement cd auto-changer into the glove box, as the other one was reluctant to pick up CDs, so that's all back in working order.

As it was so nice today, give it a wash and then gave it a good polish, bought some Meguiar's Ultimate Wax, wasn't cheap but has given the car a very good shine - in certain lights there were lots of microscratches but using this it has given it a perfect shine.

Replaced my battery.
The old one (Halfords) was possibly 7 years old and just gave up.
Yesterday it would start with the help of my charger (gives 180 amp starting boost) but this morning would barely click even after 2 hours charge. So, jumped on the motorbike and nipped to the local motor-factors. They spotted that I was going to struggle heaving the thing (74ah Varta) back on the bike and kindly offered to pop it round in their van. Arrived just after I'd taken my helmet off.
I didn't think the old one was too bad until it gave up but by heck it spins over now :¬)
