With thanks to Simon at College Motors, now back home with new cam belts,
Kaiser thermostat kit, full service including iridium plugs, auto box oil change,
it was even washed before I picked it up.
It took a while but I was in no hurry as I've got the diesel to use,
that's now with Simon for a few repairs to it.
It is a completely different driving experience between the V6 and the diesel,
the V6 is so smooooth and much nicer to drive if a little slower to accelerate
but it does sound nice when wound up.
Pictures to follow when I get time and find a nice location.

PS: still need a passenger manual smokestone cloth seat if anyone has one.

Also big thanks to Dave Stocktake for the Vis motors

I'm a fan of Copperleaf, well I would be, I have one. Lovely colour.

As the vin checker says no record (must be one of the lost Cowley records)
I checked on the IPK and the build date is 0500 so May 2000.

A big thank you to Chris Marshall near Burton, went up today to pick
up a passenger Cowley seat with a good back on it. I was expecting
to load it on my back seat and change it when I got home,
nope, Chris got the seat changed over for me, even went to the trouble of
putting my connectors for the air bag and tensioner from my old seat to the
new one as it had been hard-wired by a previous owner and disposed of the old seat.
Well above and beyond what I expected.
Again thank you Chris, it was a pleasure to meet you and your wife.

Always good to hear of nice cars being given a new lease of life - well done.
