Cool Odd

Sadly my favourite failed first time - mainly on 'emissions' I suggested the Lambda sensor but they windowed in on Cat converter This car ( Petrol 2000cc) has had an 'emissions' problem before and Lambda Sensor was suspected but analysis pointed to a miss-firing spark plug and , indeed, when this was replaced the problem went Either way I am not convinced about the new Cat converter Why Well , it may now have a 'pass' on the MOT BUT when I first delivered it to the garage the Engine Warning light was not on NOW , having collecet it and driven home the Engine Warning light stayed on all the way!! Start up again and it still stays on!! Garage has agreed to take it back - be interested in the solution ( bet it's the Lambda Sensor as I first suggested!!)
We will see
