Default 15 today!

I know it may seem a bit strange to celebrate a car's birthday - but Zircon 'celebrates' the 15th anniversary of first registration today (even if she was built at Cowley a good bit earlier). I am sure plenty here will understand!

Looking forward to saying hello to lots of you at POL on Saturday (I am not down on the list as I will be tagging along with the Cowley Convoy).

Let's hope the sun keeps shining.

All the best,

Nicholas/Zircon

Happy Birthday to your car!

Mine will be 15 years old on the 30th June, which was the date of build at Cowley, a few days before they stopped production of the Rover 75 there.
Registered on the 1st March 2001, though!

I am attending the POL too.
Do you have any details on the Cowley convoy?

Yes I too would be interested in this, planning on bringing the 'Vixen' 1999 Conny SE 2.5 V6 Auto Zircon Silver.

I'm coming down from the North of England on Friday where are you meeting Sat Morning, would be nice if the Cowley's could park together, would be nice to meet up with you Zircon.

Regards.

John.

Hi Bob and John,

Many thanks to you both - yes you can register via http://cowleyconvoy.info/attend-a-convoy/4564571391[/url] or contact the organiser, Tanya Field who is I believe a member here too. You would need to be at the Cowley Mini Plant by about 8 am I believe.

Looking forward to meeting you both at POL - as I cannot for logistical reasons join the actual convoy.

All the best, Nicholas/Zircon

Hi Nicholas,

Logistically,as I am travelling down from the North,it would not be feasible for me to travel down to Cowley to join the convoy,so will have to meet you all at Cofton Park.

I realise the POL is not ours to decide who parks where, would be nice to park as many Cowley's together as possible, many thanks hope to meet up with you there.

Best Regards.

John.
