Default Mot

Got it through the MOT. Needed a rear spring and handbreak shoes adjusted. Passed the emissions easily. Gave it an 'Italian Tune Up' before the MOT. Advisories: Front wheel bearing slight play and rear outer sills slightly corroded. Not too bad for a 20+ years old car.

Congrats, yes the Italian tune is well worth the time.

I have seen so many cars struggle with this part of the test that easily pass once they have had a good run.

almost without fail..any diesel i took to an mot failed on emissions and thats after i changed the oil...so then i started emptying the tank in advance and filling with the expensive stuff...bingo! straight thru no problem

Didn't think an Italian Tune-Up was needed for a Diesel??
