Unfortunately this is a big problem since Brexit - the VAT is about right (as it's charged on the full amount including shipping) but the handling charge seems excessive.

I've asked them to look into this, but as we're not the recipient they may only be able to speak to you about this (really silly I know, but that's what we were told last time we had a similar query).

I'll come back to you via email when they reply. Apologies again, but it's just 'one of those things' since we left the EU.
