Hi guys, last day of lockdown so I thought I'd try out making some of those Norfolk Rusks......The smell from the oven is delicious.
Only 10 minutes now till done. Hope they are as nice as they smell

I'm in a cooking mood as well. Watching Rick Stein's Far Eastern Odyssey again a dish caught my eye, a Cambodian pork "curry". I put curry in inverted commas as its not really a hot dish. Problem is its not a commercially available curry paste so, like him, I'd need to make it from scratch which throws up the quandary of where can I get fresh turmeric and galangal I've never seen it in any of the local supermarkets, maybe in the main Chinese supermarket in Edinburgh but that's virtually unreachable due to road closures for the tram line extension.

Online specialist deli might be your best bet Steve

I think the opposition have, as has happened at previous clubs, fathomed his style of football and adjusted their own to compete/beat. Mind you - I'd much rather be in our current league position than the one we were in when he took over.
