Well, I think £400 is madness. I searched the internet for a couple of months and ... there it was on ebay Austria. Lucky me

Wow! Gert very nice indeed at last someone knows what they are on about, regarding these watches. Just as Lucky75owner has mentioned, these watches go for far less, I think this topic with the ebay link for the add has certainly pushed the price up out of all sensible ownership of the watch. Who ever is the winning bidder will have certainly paid too much for the watch, truth known though I bet the winning bidder will pull out and not pay once he or she see's sense. |

Thanks for the pics and info Gert,
I am also a member of that R75 club. Watch for feedback sent about a week after the sale, that will show if the sale has been completed. If it was the link here that spread the news then its a member who's bidding (good luck to them) and they will be also reading these comments. More owners now coming on here to tell how they acquired their watch's (Austria, Germany) for less i just hope there other Ebay countries are not watching also (sure they are) and it push's the prices up. Now we have another watch face which we never heard of (the clock), plus the glossy surround (i've only ever seen the matt finish for sale)these are even more rare than what we are seeing here now for sale on Ebay but still going for less than the present one. Will find out after the sale who the winner is by the Ebay user name. |
