I have done 10 or so retrofits. I can do it now it 2 hours, that's a standard HighLine than. The loom is the hardest part indeed, but if you know what to do, it won't take that long.

Best retrofit there is! (Second; a real wooden dash )

Speak to Corin Messenger. He has two cars for breaking which both have Hiline systems in so the looms would be available as well as the various bits and bobs.

I've had both - hi-line and a double din.

Definitely worth doing!
My DD combined with the full HK system I already had, is a MUCH better sound than the Hi-Line system with the full HK system.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Hi Paul,

The International Nano at Wolves on 16th and 17th July.

It is a big job, but perfectly able to be done in a day. I would certainly lend a hand with a spanner

It is do able in a day, having done it myself in the 190, more than happy to muck in with it as well.

Are you thinking of fitting it to your ZT or the pre-launch? What needs to be ensured is that all components are there with the correct loom for the car. Also, the tuners need to be tested and the sat nav drive otherwise you'll have no sound or nav.
