The annoying thing is had I been building the 1/24 scale ME 109 or Stuka no problem, WW2 German fuel and oil drums had the contents specifications embossed on the top, you can get them in 1/24 scale, allied (particularly RAF) you are left scratching your head.
Well that's a pain in the ar5e then isn't it Steve, maybe just write oil or fuel on it then. Not much else you can do really is there

My favourite though was lambs liver with fried onions .

It was always pig's liver in our house - but mother's speciality was savoury kidney - cooked long and slow, and served on a couple of slices of 1/2" thick fried bread

The problem isn't "world ending" but it is frustrating. I'll paint it black (cue Rolling Stones!) and put something like "lubricating oil" and some made up specification number on the top.

Never liked liver or kidney for that matter, don't like the grainy texture of liver or the "rubber" texture of kidney.

Liver was OK - as long as their were no 'tubes' in it. If you got a bad lump you could chew it for 4 or 5 days and still not be able to swallow it

Evenin' all, LOL Yeah I can remember the chewy bits, you were on a losing battle with them it was the same with Heart, there were always tubes in that, heart & sage & onion stuffing butties weren't half good though.

Pizza & chips tonight & it went down very nice I still didn't get around to tackling that hazel tree but I did replace an outdoor brass tap for a new one.

Lambs hearts done in the slow cooker Absolutely scrumptious and 4 for £2 is an absolute bargain

We get an Ox heart every now and again as well, takes about 4 hrs to cook but me and Barney both love it
