If you are a landlord of a residential property have you any idea on the position of having or not having a gas boiler serviced during covid 19 lockdown?

I own a rental property that is managed by letting agents, they have informed me that the only essential maintenace they would carry out was boiler repairs, so I imagine that would include servicing, and possibly gas safety certificate checks.

Thank you for the replies.
I've just seen this https://www.gassaferegister.co.uk/help-and-advice/covid-19-advice-and-guidance/ If tenant refuses entry to boiler man and it can be proved boiler man tried to gain entry then landlord in the clear. macafee2 |
