Yes of course, the end user still uses bt lines to get to the exchange where tiscali then pick them up on the dslam and route them to the nearest POP.
No doubt via BT again... 101% daft imo! |

they use the LLU in the exchanges and then BT lines out to customers,other thing being, why shouldn't these other companies not set up there own external lines to make a level playing field if you wish.BT has had the handcuffs on them for the last 22yrs and still are not allowed to have them taken off because everytime they come up with some innovative idea then the opposition cry foul on a continual basis check the Ofcom site to see what they winge about.

Hiya....The 2 main providers (BT NTL) are reliable.I have been on NTL with 2 systems for years now. Never had any probs or concerns. If ya get TV and a phone as well ya can get a good price.I get all 3 for 30 quid. Broadband is fast and reliable. Worth having a look!
(NOT an NTL dealer lol just use it) |
