Barnsdale Tunnel
Following on from the thread about Longbridge and a link to a site that advocates "Urban Exploration" I found a place on there I thought I would take the kids to.
Didnt tell them where we going the Daughters face was priceless, but she braved it with us, so was very proud. The place is called Barnsdale Tunnel, its an old railway tunnel that was opened in 1885, the line through the tunnel closed officially in April 1959. Its about 1200 Yards long, and very dark and spooky The light at the end is visible here Simon |
