On trying to fit new pads to the old calipers it was impossible to get the pistons back enough, even after removing the caliper and trying to force the piston back with a pry bar it would not move, and if it did it would have led to trouble! But can't complain after 182,000mls, the ZT still drives like a 3yr old car, and looks like one too!

Some pistons have to be wound back in. I don't know if this applies to the R75 though .--

Not on the 75 / ZT (FWD, not sure about the 260).

Just push back pistons.
You only usually find wind back pistons if they incorporate the handbrake mechanism.
