Default Current prices for Bosch MAFs

I take it the advice still holds that only the Bosch one will do - is £92 a decent price for just the sensor, or are there known cheaper suppliers?

If anyone has advice on changing just the sensor that would be good.

Buy cheap, buy twice never rang truer (apart maybe from drop links) than it does with maf sensors.

Buy one from DMGRS because you'll know a) it's genuine and b) it's guaranteed for a year.

They're expensive but worth every penny

I went on E-Bay and got a genuine one from Germany for half of DMGRS price
came as a whole unit, just unscrew the sensor and replace with the new one.

The problem with eBay is you can never be sure anything is genuine unless you're buying from one of the outlet sellers. Example, search iphones (from 6 on).

All the ''new'' ones with the disclaimer ''fingerprint sensor not present/working'' are fakes.

All the new samsung batteries with the disclaimer ''not sent in retail packaging'' are fakes.

I'm sure the Rev's sensor is genuine, the main point being, with a lot of fakes you simply can't tell the difference until the performance doesn't meet the branding standard.

The other problem with eBay is seller's warranties are valueless if the seller chooses to ignore you when you raise an issue.

If you can find a genuine one cheaper, great, but Matt at DMGR honours his warranties without fuss, sometimes it's worth paying the extra for peace of mind

I quite agree, the one I got came in an unsealed Bosch box, brand new.
Cant remember off hand but paid I think 70 odd pounds delivered.

Ok, so I'm kind of expecting to get shouted at for asking this, but..

What about buying a genuine used part (sensor only).
