Default A Bugs Life

Not quite up there with Paul and both Alan's on here with their superb macro work but quite pleased with how this turned out

Great composition on that last one.

We should start a "guess the out of focus close up of a flower" thread

I have taught myself a lot about plants and insects through photography. I am still no expert but I can name a few more than I used to know.

I have one along with a lot of other climbers in my garden not all of them weeds
So maybe I should get out in my own garden and take some macro photos for a change

Another fly. One thing I have learned is how many flies actually pollinate plants. It is not all down to the bees.

I do enjoy taking insect shots (you may have guessed).

That's it - I am off to the garden centre
