Speaker re-wire
Hi All,
As part of putting a new amp in the car, i was going to run new speaker wire to the door cards They run Infinity 90w RMS Speakers, and previously the existing loom was used, but i was thinking of using some new 12AWG i have lying around... I took the dooor card off today, rear left, and i was looking at how to run the wire, getting out of the dooor into the rubber link between the door and A pillar is ok, but in the A-Pillar there is a socket and plug all sealed with a gromt for the wires emerging.... Anyone dealt with running new speaker wire to door cards? Anutz |

You can either drill through the plug where wires aren't, or push the wire further back into the body / door and run the wires around it and through the grommet.
Neither is fun. |
