Default Speaker re-wire

Hi All,

As part of putting a new amp in the car, i was going to run new speaker wire to the door cards

They run Infinity 90w RMS Speakers, and previously the existing loom was used, but i was thinking of using some new 12AWG i have lying around...

I took the dooor card off today, rear left, and i was looking at how to run the wire, getting out of the dooor into the rubber link between the door and A pillar is ok, but in the A-Pillar there is a socket and plug all sealed with a gromt for the wires emerging....

Anyone dealt with running new speaker wire to door cards?

You can either drill through the plug where wires aren't, or push the wire further back into the body / door and run the wires around it and through the grommet.

Neither is fun.
