Strange happens

Well I'm currently working on my project and I have a few strange goings on:-

1,when I turn the car off the heater comes on full blast even if not on and also seems to run on low speed even when turned off
2,only one side now unlocks were as before all opened on the key ????

Heater blower resistor or switch possibly.

Are you pressing your fob button twice to unlock ALL doors?
