1.8t top rad o ring
Hi folks,has anyone successfully managed to make a permanent seal on this,it’s really getting on my nerves now.its every time I come back from a journey,it’s leaked a bit.tried ptfe tape with no joy.

I guess you mean the o-ring seal for the upper radiator plastic elbow?
If so, I suspect it will need either a new o-ring or a new elbow. The plastic bits are always a source of trouble in the cooling system. I believe Rimmer were selling a steel alternative together with the ring, but I haven't been alble to locate details. The Rimmer site gets worse by the week (IMO).
