75 Spacesaver wheel/tyre
Replaced mine a couple of years back with a full size and it's been in the garage since, which we're clearing out.
I don't think it's ever been used and if anyone would like it and is anywhere near Bury in North Manchester, it's free to a good home. I'll put it in the 'sales' section if necessary but as it's a freeby I thought it might be seen more readily here. Anyone interested? |

When i brought my zt t in 2004 i was offered the space saver tyre or the puncture kit. I took neither and got a full size wheel and tyre...
And the space saver could only be used on the rear wheels cos the discs on the front were too big. |

To make matters worse the spare wheel hole is not big enough to accommodate the 17 inch Aero wheel ! |

Hope you find someone who wants it. The thing is there so many of all the other types of wheels about from all those Rovers that have gone to the breakers in the sky.---

Thanks for the replies - I've put it on the freebies section now - which I didn't know existed
Can't bring myself to scrap a perfectly good item. |

I use mine for holding stuff in place in the boot (I have a full size alloy spare in the spare wheel well). I know it's a waste of petrol carrying all that weight for nothing - unless of course I get two punctures at the same time!
I should not be so lazy and take it out, to store with all the other spare parts clogging up my hallway - rear Tourer windscreen, rear suspension spring, rubber surround, hand brake compensator, boot pull out cover, etc.!

Is this correct? The space saver only fits the rear wheels? I know the Citroen DS had different size front and rear wheels, but then it could run on just three, famously and hilariously shown here.
